Where are Poochiful products manufactured?
All Poochiful products are manufactured in England at an ISO 22716 (GMP) facility.

Can I use Poochiful grooming products on my puppy?
Yes. Our shampoos, colognes and sprays are suitable for puppies from 8 weeks old.

Are Poochiful products suitable for sensitive skin?
All our products are pH balanced and suitable for sensitive skin. We have purposely formulated all our products to be mild and kind, but if you have any concerns please contact us or ask your vet before use.

What size are Poochiful bottles?
Our dog shampoos come in 500ml bottles and salon-size 5L containers. Our colognes come in 200ml and 5L, and our leave-in sprays (Dog Pawfume and Fur Fresh) in 300ml and 5L. Puppy Pawfume comes in 5L.

Delivery information

Where do you ship to?
We ship across the UK, to Europe (EU) and to many other countries worldwide. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, and you'll find full details in our Shipping policy.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Standard UK delivery is free on orders of £30 or more. For orders under £30, standard UK delivery starts from £2.95, depending on weight. Express UK delivery is available from £4.95. Free delivery excludes certain postcodes.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
UK Standard: 2–4 working days.
UK Express: 1–3 working days.
Europe (EU): £14.99, usually 3 to 5 working days.
Rest of the world: £23.99, usually 7 to 10 working days.
Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at weekends or on bank holidays, are dispatched on the next working day.
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland may take a little longer.
Customs and/or duty charges for deliveries outside the UK are the customer's responsibility.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items need to be unused and unopened in their original packaging. We can't take back opened items or any food-based products (cheese bones, treats, chews, or supplements such as Salmon Oil and Plaque Remover). Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty. Just email enquiries@poochiful.co.uk with your order number and we'll send you the returns address. If anything arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll put it right. Full details are in our Refund policy.
