Where are Poochiful products manufactured?
Can I use Poochiful shampoo, conditioner and deodorising sprays on my puppy?
Yes, all our products are suitable to be used on puppies aged 8 weeks and over.
Are Poochiful products suitable for sensitive skin?
All our products are PH balanced and suitable for sensitive skin. We have purposedly formulated all our products to be mild and kind but if you have any concerns please contact us or ask your vet before use.
What size are Poochiful bottles?
All our bottles are 300ml in volume. This is 20% more than most leading brands who use 250ml or less.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Please see checkout cart for shipping costs on orders outside of the UK.
Do you offer free delivery?
All orders under £25 to the UK will come with a fixed £2.95 delivery charge. Any order over £25 will qualify for free delivery to the UK only.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
UK – All orders are dispatched same day before 1pm using a next day delivery courier. Deliveries to the Highlands and Northern Ireland may take up to 3 working days.
Europe – 3 to 5 working days.
Rest of the World – 7 to 10 working days.
*Excludes weekends and bank holidays. Any orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched the next available working day.
*Customs and or duty charges for deliveries outside of the UK are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of the product, we can only accept returns if your order is delivered damaged. On the unlikely event that your order is delivered damaged please email return@poochiful.co.uk with a clear picture of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving.
